Contract Details $75 - $85 per hour super ⏳ 12-week contract ASAP start Private accommodation provided ✈️ One-way travel included Regional Victoria The Role Working within the hospital's acute social work team , you will support a range of inpatient wards providing: Psychosocial assessments Crisis intervention and support for patients and families Complex discharge planning Safeguarding and risk assessments Liaison with community services and the multidisciplinary team Requirements Degree in Social Work AASW membership Recent acute hospital social work experience (essential) Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment Australian working rights- working holiday visa's welcome!
